Internal Family Systems(IFS) Services
We offer psychedelic preparation, facilitation and integration support to those who are curious about, planning on, or have previously explored altered states of consciousness (ASC). We believe psychedelics and ASC’s are a tool to access the inner worlds of human consciousness.
We create settings to support Inner Healing Intelligence, knowing that ultimately, the mind holds the knowledge necessary to heal and transform.
We create a safe space to explore options, clarify intentions, learn navigational tools for self-care, experience the power of psychedelics and process the experience. We also support clients that prefer traditional, non-psychedelic altered states of consciousness modalities to create change in their lives.
We offer a Psychedelic Guide Training and Certificate program, which focuses on teaching Harm Reduction and Internal Family Systems informed best practices for preparation, space holding, and integration circles and activities to participants.
The retreat style format includes options of real world training for our students to both participate in and hold space in a psychedelic ceremony.
We facilitate Group and Individual Transformational Experiences (in legal environments), and offer Microdosing Support. We have supported hundreds of clients on their journey with psychedelics.
We incorporate both science and spirituality in the facilitation of deep psychospiritual transformation; and are honored to support many populations, including Veterans and First Responders that are dealing with PTSI, Entrepreneurs, as well as those that are new to psychedelics.

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained certified Psychedelic Practitioner and Psychedelic Educator with a mindfulness-based approach that was created from my extensive experience and many trainings (including MAPS/Zendo, Internal Family Systems and Microdosing); providing clients with entheogenic and altered states of consciousness preparation, facilitation and integration support; and having walked with hundreds of people along their path to transformation.
I have witnessed and supported the changes that psychedelic assisted healing and can bring, and it is my honor to support people in discovering that the power of healing and transformation lies within them, and that they, themselves, are the medicine.
I also leverage the personal growth and insights gleaned from my own transformational journey in my approach.
I am an advocate for having choices and thinking creatively when it comes to personal decisions around mental well-being.
I bring my extensive travel experience (over 50 countries) and the insights received from spending time in other cultures to offer unique, embodied knowledge of various healing philosophies and modalities.
Finally, as an entrepreneur that started my first company when I was 23; I understand and honor that feeling a sense of purpose is important, as well as feeling in alignment with personal goals. I offer support in finding that balance.

Psychedelic Prep, Facilitation and Integration Services
The psychedelic Prep, Facilitation and Integration that we offer follows a Harm Reduction model and is Internal Family Systems informed.
This process allows for the creation of a non-judgmental space and container to support those who are curious about, planning on, or have previously explored non-ordinary states of consciousness. It is a safe space to explore options, clarify intentions, learn tools for self care, and process the experience.
Whether you are interested in micro or macrodosing, having support with your experience before, during and after can create a much more meaningful and transformational experience.
We will work together to prepare for, support you during and process your experience. We will discuss intentions, and create space to integrate your experience.
What is Integration?
Integration is as important as the journey itself. It is the process of moving towards and creating wholeness in your life.
Integration is a term used to describe a process for supporting psychedelic and transformational experiences. It is the process of taking information from the experience, making sense of it, and integrating and activating it into one’s daily life.
Integration can encompass work with various states of consciousness including breath work, meditation, and psychedelic experiences.
It is important to approach the process with a 360 degree lens. Some people believe that psychedelic integration is only focused on after-care. We believe that the journey begins before the experience, and integration continues throughout and beyond. Setting intentions (not expectations) for the experience is essential.
Integration takes work. It takes a conscious effort to create change. We believe in the healing power of psychedelics and other approaches to transformation; but we also believe that meaningful and lasting change does not occur unless you make a conscious effort to work on the change that you are hoping to create.
Integration can be a life long journey.

With the world wide movement to expand access to psychedelics, we need more dedicated and properly trained Guides to provide safe settings for people to have these sacred experiences. To address this need, Kairos Integration offers a Psychedelic Guide Training and Certificate Program.
The curriculum and experiential training is led by experts in the field, who have supported multiple private and group ceremonies through the years, and teaches the foundations of Harm Reduction and Internal Family Systems informed psychedelic space holding for psychospiritual experiences. Once that foundation is learned, we encourage participants to build upon it, adding their own skills and modalities, creating their own unique container and processes.
This training is for you whether you are an experienced professional, a new professional to the field, or someone that is curious
about how they can support others and themselves during psychedelic journeys.
This training covers:
- Non Medical Intake Screening
- Preparation and Navigational Tools for the Psychedelic Experience
- Ethics and safety in psychedelic space
holding, including topics of consent, touch, and agreements to support creating integral psychedelic containers - How to support someone through a challenging experience
- Setting up the container (with hands on experience and checklists)
- Supportive Movement Practices (with hands on experience)
- Essential components of psychedelic integration circles and activities(with hands on experience)
- Aftercare recommendations and best practices for both clients and guides
- Practicing Space Holding (with hands on experience)
- 2 Experiential Psychedelic/ASC Journeys- one as a Guide and one as a Journeyer (optional, in a legal setting)
- Access to resources, alumni and like-minded community
We believe this hands on training will allow mastery of the skills related to screening, preparing, navigating, holding space, and integrating a psychedelic journey in a safe and ethical container that honors each client’s needs.
Our training format is unique in that it includes two psychedelic journeys (in a legal setting, self supplied) where students get to practice creating and supporting the container and the journey. We believe having this experience is invaluable as it allows students first hand experience in a non-ordinary state.
Many programs teach about psychedelics, but this one teaches tangible methods for doing the work of a Psychedelic Guide.
Due to the experiential component of this program, where students get to participate in as well as support, the training is a transformational psychedelic experience itself.
Upon completion of the training program, students will have the practical knowledge for guiding a psychedelic journey.

Kairos Integration offers support for those who wish to optimize their microdosing experience.
This service includes:
- Helping you decide if microdosing is right for you by discussion intentions and experiences
- Supporting you in finding the right dosing protocol and amount
- Providing structure, journaling workbook, and measures around the microdosing experience to help determine if its working for you
- Providing check ins to see if adjustments are needed to the dose or protocol
- Providing integration support
Why Microdose?
The intention of microdosing differs from that of normal psychedelic or hallucinogenic substance taking. Many people use psychedelics at higher doses for self-exploration, recreation, or spiritual purposes.
Alternatively, microdosers tend to take entheogens to improve their well-being or enhance their emotional or mental state.
At these low levels, many people do not notice the effects in the same as a person would notice a psychedelic trip. Many say that the feeling has no relation to a psychedelic experience.
Proponents of microdosing claim that taking these psychedelics in small, measured doses benefits the mind, making them think more clearly or feel more open throughout the day.
Emerging studies support the notion that psychedelics, taken in small doses or under the supervision and guidance of a professional, can be used to treat mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and PTSI.*
